Attended Transfer
- Press “TRAN” or the “Transfer” soft key during a call. The call is automatically placed on hold.
- Enter the number you want to transfer to, and wait for it to connect or to immediately connect, press #.
- Once the person picks up, you can talk to him or her before transferring. Tell the person to stay on the phone.
- When ready to transfer, press “TRAN” or the “Transfer” soft key.
- The call just routed directly to the other person.
Call Parking
- While on an active call, press “TRAN’ or the “Transfer” soft key on the screen.
- Press one of the solid “Park 1” or “Park 2” lights on the right hand side of the screen.
- Find the person that should receive the call and indicate the person is on “Park 1” or “Park 2”
- That person just has to hang up if on the phone and press the flashing “Park 1” or “Park 2” on their phone to be connected to the caller.
