While submitting an article for the newsletter is easy, it is important to follow these instructions:


  1. The Signs-Up! Newsletter is distributed every 2 WEEKS.  Submission deadline is TUESDAY of the week it goes out!
  2. DO NOT E-MAIL THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR DIRECTLY ANY LONGER
    1. You must e-mail help@ppbsa.org or submit a ticket directly at ppcbsa.freshdesk.com (including the keywords newsletter or article to ensure the ticket gets routed properly)
  3. You must provide a START TIME and END TIME for the article to appear in the newsletter.
    1. Failure to do so may cause your article to miss your desired submission time.
